We are delighted to announce the launch of SPAR 1.0.0 - The Social Payments Account Registry module, developed by OpenG2P. Representing the inaugural product release from the OpenG2P platform, SPAR marks a significant milestone in our endeavour to advance digital public infrastructure.
SPAR is a fundamental building block of Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), offering an array of benefits including interoperability, security, and ease of use.
SPAR provides the functionality of an ID Account Mapper coupled with a distinctive feature enabling beneficiaries to securely and independently update their financial address, facilitating the receipt of cash benefits into bank accounts or digital wallets of their choice.
This milestone underscores our commitment to providing open-source technologies to foster financial inclusion, social protection, and propel digital development initiatives forward.
